We highly encourage members to sign-up for a time slot before coming to the pool.
Walk-ins will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis depending on pool capacity.
If the pool is at capacity and the member has not signed up, they will be asked to leave and sign-up for a different time.
To sign-up for a time slot, go to the form below:
When you sign up, the form will ask for:
Name = Applicant or Co-Applicant name on the membership.
Phone number = Contact number of the person filling out the form.
Email address = Email address used when signing up for the membership.
How many people from your membership will be joining you? = The number of people FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD/MEMBERSHIP who will be coming to the pool during the time slot you are signing up for.
NO GUESTS are allowed in the pool area
If you are watching a child from another membership for the day, please sign them up as part of your time slot - Do not have them sign-up separately
We are only allowing members to sign-up ONCE per day, but we are now allowing members to come to the pool more than once a day.
To do this, you will need to come as a walk in.
Please ensure to check out the *NEW CALENDAR* or sign-up sheet below to ensure capacity.
Closures and Cancellations:
If the pool is closed for any reason, time slots during the closure will be cancelled.
Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you are not able to come to the pool so that others may use the slot.
Pool Monitors are Employees! Please treat them with respect:
Everyone MUST check-in with the Pool Monitor upon arrival for your scheduled time slot.
Please remember to tell them the name of each member of your party.
If your babysitter is taking the kids, please have them tell the monitor the family name and then their name.
The Pool Monitors will blow a whistle once as a 10-minute warning and then a second time announcing that the time slot has expired.
When a time slot is over, everyone MUST collect all their belongings and leave the pool area.
The Pool Monitor will then disinfect the area and bathrooms for the next time slot.
Please do not loiter in the parking lot while waiting for your time slot, and remember to physically distance yourself when entering the bathrooms and pool area.
Failure to comply with the Pool Monitor’s directions/requests could result in suspension and/or loss of membership.
We'll be keeping track of members each day to ensure we are compliant with restrictions, but may loosen this if the guidelines allow.
