Celebrate your child's birthday or special event with a RiverWinds party and create memories that last a lifetime! Utilize our wonderful water playground and aquatic center with numerous amenities. Our 2-hour party packages include everything. We even set up and clean up - no hassle to you!
Our party rooms offer easy access to the leisure pool, making them a convenient meeting place for any type of party. Accommodating up to 20 children, the party rooms are designed to meet your party needs. Our enthusiastic party leaders, included in your package, will organize your check-in and escort adult and youth participants between the Aquatic Facility (when appropriate) and the designated Party Room, and also assist in serving pizza, drinks, and cake. Parents are required to assist in supervising the children. All parties include an hour and fifteen minutes in the pool, followed by 45 minutes for pizza, cake, and soda. Pool Parties include use of the zero-depth Leisure Pool, waterworks, and two-story water slide (height permitting).
Please note that alcohol is not permitted during Birthday Parties.

Please note, reservations are only made once deposits have been remitted. In the event a deposit is sent via mail, RiverWinds Community Center can not guarantee that the requested party date and time will still be available upon its receipt. Individuals who pay the deposit in person or using a Visa/Mastercard over the telephone are able to gain immediate confirmation of reservation.

- Guests meet in the RiverWinds Lobby for party check-in with the party leader. It is suggested that you invite your guests to come fifteen minutes prior to party time. Once all the guests arrive, the party leader will escort the group back to the party room.
- In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your party, written notice of your cancellation must be received 30 days prior to party date for the return of the $110 room rental fee deposit.
- Unfortunately, e-mails are not an acceptable form of communication for cancellation.
- All guests are required to abide by facility Rules and Regulations, provided in reservation information packages.
- Please note party activities are not private. The facility is open to members during party times and may coincide with other special events.
- If you have already received confirmation of a party reservation you were mailed the following documents. If you need to reprint them they are available in PDF format below. Remember: on the day of the party, each child must have a completed liability form signed by a parent or legal guardian to participate.
- If you have more than 20 guests and require more space than what is afforded in one of our three Party Rooms, we have a beautiful Community Room to use for birthdays, graduations, and more. Community Room rentals do not include Birthday Party Package amenities, such as food or the use of the Aquatic Facility, Rock Wall, or other Community Center areas, though they can be rented separately for larger groups as availability and staffing allows.
