Pensacola Greyhound Track & Poker Room is open to the public seven days a week. Come in and enjoy all the fun and excitement, whether you’re watching the latest simulcast race or grabbing a chair for a few rounds of poker, there’s something here for everyone! And don’t forget to enjoy a bite to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My husband and I went late afternoon to play a couple hours in their poker room. The place was basically deserted. There were two tables open. One was a NLH table. The other table was 3-card poker. We sat down at the NLH. The folks at the table were all locals who were frequent patrons. The conversation and play was enjoyable.

The Poker room rarely sleeps and is open from 9.00am to 3.00am Sunday to Thursday and it’s open 24 hours each Friday and Saturday. Take part in the No-Limit Hold’em tournaments every day including the Midnight Madness events Saturday evenings. Then there’s the “grand daddy” of all tournaments, the Emerald Coast Championship during the second half of 2011 where you get to watch and rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in the sport. Friendly staff who are eager to serve you and make sure you have everything you need while dueling with others makes for an experience you’ll never forget.
Simulcast racing is available daily at Ebro with horse and greyhound racing from some of the country’s greatest racetracks. Gates open early at 9.00am on each day a Triple Crown race is run and you can enjoy the famous occasion with a special race day lunch most of the day.
